They seem to never know, where they want to go.
They walk in unstraight lines, as though they have no minds.

They must have had a beer or two, or three, or four.
'Cause they seem to not like sugar as much as they like beer more.

More on the Drunken Ants.

They walk around in zig-zags.. all over the place.
We put down Raid ant-bait traps.. They aren't even interested.
If you slam down your foot a centimeter away from them.. They do not scurry as fast as they can away from you in terror.. they just kinda stop.
The are really slow.. And they are pretty fat.

My house is home to drunken ants.. It is really weird.
They disappeared for a day or two.. and then came back.
They are the funniest ants I have ever seen.
And they are SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO annoying!

Just to let everyone know... MOSQUITOS ARE DRIVING ME CRAZY!!!!

They were swarming around me at my friend Suzy's party tonight.
And we have drunken ants in my house too. Soooo annoying!

Anyways.. more normal oddisms will be coming at you later this week.. as I have EXAMS to study for.
(yeah right.. like I'm going to actually study.. I better though.. if I want to PASS my math one and math class.. grr..)

Oh well.. only Monday.. then half a day Tuesday.. then my English exam Tuesday afternoon, then my Math exam on Wednessday AT noon.. then I'm done! Woo hoo!

Okay.. I know this is the time when people have proms.. But what's the deal with them?
you spend HUNDREDS of dollars on a dress.. new shoes.. getting your nails done..
doing you hair.. All for what? ONE NIGHT of dancing.. partying and drinking with your friends so you can crash your car and wind up in the hospital.. or even worse.. DEAD. What's the deal? You can go out with your friends anytime. Why should you have to dress up and spend loads of money on one night that only actually lasts for a few hours???! Why not just relax and stay at home in a pair of comfy jeans? Why do you need to show off in front of the whole senior class?? Why do you have to spend so much money on one lousy night? I'm going to go to my proms.. (next year and in OAC) but.. STILL! Why does it have to be so expensive? Why do people get so worked up about their appearance, and what others think about them? And what about those people who don't have many friends.. who aren't "the popular people" and get left alone in a dark corner.. they never dance with anyone.. What's the deal with proms?!??

Hello! And welcome to AC's Insight!
Well.. since the site is at http://oddisms.blogspot.com, maybe I should call it AC's oddisms. I think I might do that. Anyways.. for my first oddism.. I will talk about dreams..

Have you ever wondered where you come up with certain people in your dreams? I mean.. those people that you have NEVER seen before? Well.. I've been thinking.. what if whenever YOU dream about a person, whether its someone you know, a movie star, or someone you "made up".. well What if THEY are dreaming about YOU too? At that same moment? Now wouldn't that be weird? So you are dreaming about oh.. lets say Mark McGrath from Sugar Ray (isn't he HOT?).. well What if he was dreaming about you too? He might be thinking... "That girl is hot!" Or .. "That guy sure can play guitar".. And he wouldn't have a clue who you are. And I mean.. you wouldn't have to be dreaming the same dream either. You could dream that Mark is at your school doing a concert.. or that the two of you are best friends.. While HE could be dreaming about something else totally.. Oh lets say.. A garden full of flowers.. And lots of people are there. One of those people is YOU. And maybe.. just maybe.. you were only in the dream for a few seconds.. but he remembers you as "that mysterious person" after he wakes up.. or at least for the rest of that dream.
Now wouldn't THAT be interesting??
I think that would actually be kind of cool.
